Become a mighty knight that defends your king and kingdom by wielding the Marshall Sword against your foes in combat. Hand forged from 1566 high-carbon steel, this functional medieval sword is based on an original held in a British museum. Sir William Marshall wielded the original in service of the crown, under Henry II, Richard the Lionheart, and Jack Lackland.
To begin with, this balanced broadsword features a long, double-edged blade tempered to HRC 54. It has a ridged fuller down its length with a distal taper. This combination allows for speed and strength. Next, the sword continues with a cruciform crossguard. Then, it has a one-handed grip. Black leather wraps and laces around the grip. Furthermore, the hilt ends with a disk-shaped pommel.
Finally, this knights sword comes with a black scabbard. The leather-covered scabbard has a steel chape and throat. You can take this medieval sword to your next historical reenactment. Also, you can add it to any weaponry collection.
